We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 30 days from confirmed delivery, returns will no longer be eligible for a refund.
To start a return, customers must initiate the request through the return option available on their order page or by contacting our support team.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be provided.
Failure to provide photo evidence within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
If approved, we will either:
Send a replacement item at no cost, or
Provide a prepaid return label and issue a refund after inspection.
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return label.
If the return is due to customer preference (no longer wanted, ordered by mistake, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Our support team will confirm the correct return address before you ship the item.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
All orders include tracking information. Delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier will be considered proof of delivery.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after confirmed delivery, we reserve the right to submit carrier tracking records and delivery confirmation as evidence.
Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before filing a dispute with their bank or payment provider.
